What is electroforming?

In the electroforming process, an acidic bath and an electric charge is used to plate metal onto a conductive surface. Once the metal has been built up to the desired thickness, the piece of metal is removed from the bath, polished, and sealed. This unique process allows high-quality products to be created a lower cost than traditional soldered jewelry, while maintaining excellent control and repeatability.
